Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 🤍 I value the time and care that goes into every appointment, and I kindly ask the same consideration in return • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service • Same day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service A deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward the total cost of your appointment Deposits become non refundable once the 48 hour cancellation window has passed. I do offer a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals 🤍 After that, I may not have enough time to complete the full service as planned, and we will need to reschedule. In that case, it will be considered a same day cancellation and the full service will be charged Thank you so much for understanding and respecting my time I truly appreciate you and look forward to taking care of you 🤍
